Return Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Return
Returned items must be:
- In new condition, showing no signs of wear or use
- In their original packaging, including the branded pouch
- With the product tag still attached and not removed
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
Once the return is approved and the item received, the refund will be processed as follows:
- For purchases made by credit card, digital wallets, or cryptocurrencies: refund within approximately 10 business days
- For purchases made by cash on delivery: refund issued immediately after return approval
Refunds are processed in full for the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers requesting an exchange must follow the same return process and conditions.
A new shipping fee may apply and will be communicated before dispatch.
Return Shipping Process
Customers wishing to return or exchange an item must first contact us by email at contact@eloria.cc or contact us on Whatsapp to initiate the return process.
Once the return is approved, we will arrange pickup of the item via one of our logistics partners.
The cost of return shipping will be charged to the customer and communicated prior to collection.
For exchanges, the return shipping fee applies as well.
Responsibility
Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received and inspected by us. We recommend ensuring items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
