1. Introduction. This website is operated by DRG SARL, a company registered in Lebanon. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Eloria. Eloria offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this Site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies stated here.

 

2. Use of the Website. You may use this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. All content on this Site,  including text, visuals, graphics, logos, images, product names and descriptions,  is the property of Eloria or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or exploit any portion of this Site without our prior written consent.

 

3. Product Availability & Shipping. All Eloria products featured on the Site are in stock and ready to ship, unless otherwise noted.

We offer worldwide shipping, except to countries under international trade restrictions or embargoes.

Orders within Lebanon are delivered free of charge, typically within 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Deliveries are handled by our trusted local partner, NET.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected service, and will be communicated to the customer after the order is confirmed. All international shipments are handled via reliable couriers such as UPS, FedEx, or Aramex, with both standard and express options available.

Shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

4. Pricing & Taxes. All prices displayed on the Site are shown in Lebanese Pounds (LBP) or USD, and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
We reserve the right to change product prices or information without notice.

 

5. Orders & Payments. You can place an order as a guest or by creating an account. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Digital Wallets (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal Wallet)
  • Cryptocurrencies
  • Cash on Delivery (available in Lebanon only)

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or misuse.

 

6. Returns & Refunds. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in new condition
  • It must include the original packaging
  • It must show no signs of wear or damage

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.

 

7. Product Warranty. All Eloria bags and travel accessories include a 10-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, wear, and transit damage during the first year. From the second to the tenth year, it applies to manufacturing defects only.

This warranty excludes misuse, cosmetic damage, and loss of contents. Full details are available on our Product Information and Warranty page.

 

8. Personal Information. We only collect personal information if you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter.

No personal data is collected or stored when placing an order unless you opt into account creation or marketing communications. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

 

9. Limitation of Liability. While we strive to ensure all information on this Site is accurate and up to date, Eloria does not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
We are not responsible for:
