- A clear warranty covering manufacturing defects, normal wear, and transit-related damage, valid for ten years from the date of purchase

Warranty Coverage
First Year of Ownership
During the first 12 months after your purchase, your Eloria product is fully covered.
We will take care of any necessary repairs, including those due to manufacturing defects, normal wear, or damage caused by transit, at no cost to you. This includes round-trip shipping to and from our repair facility.
If your item cannot be repaired, we will replace it. If the same model is no longer available, we will offer you an equivalent product of similar value.
Years Two through Ten
From the second year through the tenth, your Eloria product is protected against any defects in materials or craftsmanship.
This includes issues such as broken zippers, damaged stitching, or structural problems.
Damage caused by transit, wear and tear, or misuse is no longer covered after the first year. For transport-related issues, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
To process a repair, you may ship the product to us with prepaid postage or bring it to an authorized Eloria partner.
We will return the item to you free of charge once the repair is completed.
In some cases, a small processing fee may apply.
If a product is no longer under warranty or cannot be repaired, we will provide you with service options or quote a repair at your request.
Exclusions
The Eloria warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by abuse, improper handling, or accidents
- Cosmetic wear such as scratched surfaces, stains, or faded materials
- Loss or damage to the contents of the product
- Loss of time, usage, or any related costs
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or second-hand resellers
- Damage caused by improper maintenance, cleaning products, or exposure to extreme environments (e.g., humidity, heat, or sunlight)
Service After Warranty
We know that great products are meant to last, and we want yours to travel even further.
If your Eloria item is no longer under warranty but you’d like to have it repaired or refurbished, we’re happy to assist.
We offer high-quality repairs and refurbishment services at a reasonable cost, whenever possible.
If the item cannot be repaired, we’ll suggest alternative solutions tailored to your needs.
Before sending your product, please contact our customer service team to confirm availability and discuss repair options, fees, and shipping costs.
Proof of Purchase
To benefit from the Eloria warranty, please keep your proof of purchase.
This may be your original receipt, order confirmation email, or invoice. It confirms both the purchase date and that your product was bought from an authorized Eloria store or partner.
If you cannot provide proof of purchase, your warranty may not be valid.
We are currently working on a product registration system to help streamline warranty claims in the future. In the meantime, we recommend saving your purchase details securely.
Limitations And Termination of Warranty
The Eloria warranty is valid only while the brand and its customer service operations remain active.
If, for any reason, Eloria ceases operations, discontinues its product line, or closes its website and service channels, all warranties shall be deemed terminated and no further claims or repairs can be processed.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Eloria reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a product qualifies for repair, replacement, or exclusion under this policy.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights depending on your jurisdiction.
